I am sticking up for my guild and guilds like mine that are trying to set up a consistent player base for pushing into true progression raids like ulduar. Side note i could just ignore naxx ten myself as i haven't needed anything from it myself for months. Lower guilds are pretty much on their own. NOT everyone has friends to be able to carry them through not to mention 90% of you saying that friends will carry them through do not participate in helping lower guilds with this. Healers are out of mana because more frost bolt volleys and frost blasts being cast more times. Mages are wanding at this point because of mana detonation being cast more times. Does the add tank die to the increased damage from the adds or void sphere? Really a flip of the coin and at this point it doesn't matter. A raid filled with newer players in "Random Heroic (RHC)/Emblem of Heroism (EoH) gear (I can't believe I actually have to explain to someone that RHC/EoH does not mean leveling gear) aren't going to have the mana or the DPS to be able to do Naxx 10. Double the health means double the burn phases.
